Returns & Refunds Policy
 
Initiating a Return To start a return, you must email us at info@refstech.com.

Return Window You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn/unused, with tags
  • In its original packaging

Please note that all purchases must be made through our website to be eligible for returns.

Please include a note within the package with your name and order number to ensure we can process your return.

Exchanges We do not offer exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item/size.

Damages and Issues Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions/Non-returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Personalized items with any badge
  • Used items or items with removed labels
  • Sale/reduced items or gift cards

All returns are subject to inspection. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Return Postage We cover return postage costs only for items that are incorrect or faulty upon delivery. For all other returns, including items sent for repair or inspection during the warranty period, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please apply the correct postage as we are not liable for parcels that fail to reach us. We recommend using a tracked service for returns.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to be processed. For security reasons, refunds can only be sent to the original payment method.
